    Description

    This is a vintage finished cross stitch with the poem "I'm very fond of water, it ever must delight, each mother's son and daughter, morning noon and night".  The original poem was about temperance, but this one is decorated with nautical motifs such as a lighthouse, sail boats, seahorses, and a compass.  It is in good condition with just some stains at the edges, as shown.  This is taped on the back to a foam board, but it is not framed.
