Completed Needle Treasures cross stitch GOLDEN SEASON SQUIRREL 13 x 16 JCA New

Up for sale is a completed and handcrafted Vintage ColorArt Cross stitch Embroidery picture from the JCA Needle Treasures Collection.
The picture is printed on aida fabric and embellished with cross stitch stitches. It is just charming.  Most of the leaves are done in cross stitch as well as areas of the branch.  The fabric is then stretched and mounted onto plywood backing. The size is 13" x 16".
Included in this listing is a picture of a kit for this embroidery which is shown for reference only as this embroidery does not come with a kit.
This picture was a hand crafted model to a needlepoint kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished or used as a salesmen's sample. I was able to acquire many of these samples.
.I learned recently
tly that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website:
"Due to the death of our owner, Alan S. Getz, JCA, Inc. has ceased operations indefinitely.
