Vintage 14"x18" Christmas cross-stitch wall hanging. Hand-stitched from a LeeWard's embroidery kit onto cream linen and secured to a sturdy wooden frame.
Sweet sentiment, "Many are the gifts of Christmas, But friends are the nicest of all." Motifs of holly, stockings, presents, garland, bells, and a winter outdoor scene of carolers with a puppy, lamppost, and tiny houses in the background.

Due to the age of this item there is some staining along the edges of the canvas, which give it a beautiful patina (see photos). If you prefer a pristine look, they could likely could be washed out with mild soap. The staples along the edges have rusted onto the surrounding canvas. Hide by placing inside a picture frame or wrap with washi tape or ribbon.
