VINTAGE Framed "All I Want For Christmas" Needlework- Baby Rabbit- Child’s Room

This picture is so cute!  It would be perfect in a toddler's room, but could also be used as a Christmas decoration.  I am no expert - I think this is cross stitch, but it could be needlepoint.  Whatever it is, it is very well done, with great color.  It features a cute bunny in pajamas holding a carrot and a doll with the caption, "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth".  It is approximately 9.5 inches in height and 7 1/4 inches wide - a nice display size, and easy to pack with other decorations.
I don't know the exact age of this piece, but the color suggests 1980s - 1990s, possibly older.  The picture is in great condition with no tears, stains, holes, or fading to the needlework or fabric - colors are still vivid and thread is intact. The glass is unscratched, and is not cracked or chipped.  The frame has a few scuffs and paint is chipped at the base of the frame.  It is not very noticeable when it is hanging, unless you turn the frame upside down.  See photos for more detail.
