    Description

    Vintage hand embroidered sampler of the child's prayer, Now I lay me down to sleep.  Has curtain ring hangers attached at the top along with some cording and attached fringe at the bottom.  Nice sized at 15x21" (plus the fringe).  Top hem is loose and there are some stains.
    Words are cross-stitched. There's a embroidered little girl saying her prayer beside her bed with a kitty (top right), a boy in a sailor suit and a bunny on the left side and a boy and girl with cat and dog looking up in the bottom right.  Floral border. A lot of love went into the needlework.
    As found, I've not attempted a cleaning.
